This site is operated by Flavidus Limited (Agiou Antoniou 2, Strovolos, 2002 Nicosia, Cyprus) fully owned by Myeg B.V., a company bearing registration number 125474, and having its registered address at Emancipate Boulevard 29, Curacao, licensed and regulated in virtue of license number No. 5536/JAZ granted by the Government of Curacao.

Deposits and withdrawals to and from the cash player account using Neteller are made through Myeg B.V. company E-Wallets.

Deposits and withdrawals to and from the cash player account using Skrill, PaySafeCard, Wirecard, CNG and Adyen are made through the company Flavidus Ltd, a limited company with registration number HE 304422, having it’s registered address at Agiou Antoniou 2, 2002 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus.

Flavidus Ltd is fully owned by Myeg B.V.

One account per player

We allow only one (1) account per person, household, e-mail address, credit card etc. If more players wish to use the same account, exceptions can be made after proving the identity of all the connected account users.

If multiple players wish to play in our casino from a shared computer environment (dormitories, fraternities etc.), we strongly suggest they all contact our support before making multiple accounts to avoid unnecessary security procedures.

Players who create multiple accounts with sole intention of taking advantage of CasinoTV’s bonus promotions will not be eligible to receive any winnings made with our bonuses. Furthermore, their accounts will be blocked upon recognition without prior notice.

Bonus play-through requirements

Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “play-through”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the casino. The number accompanying these terms informs you how much money a player needs to place in bets before he/she can successfully cashout the winnings made by playing with the bonus.

Different games or game types contribute differently towards the play-through requirements, depending on the promotion. The games’ contribution is specified in the particular promotion’s Terms and Conditions. And of course our customer support is always up to date with all our promotions, so when in doubt you can always check with them what the requirements for a specific bonus are.

Note that all bets placed on any kind of doubling or gamble feature (for example in Slots and Video Poker games) and all low-risk bets (for example betting on even and odd numbers at the same time in Roulette games) do not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Bonus promotion requires e-mail verification by either clicking on a link in the promotional e-mail or sending an e-mail to support. Player can unsubscribe from the promotional newsletter at any time.

Until received bonus(es) are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole gaming account, including any funds waiting for withdrawal, but not limited to.

Bonus is active while bonus wagering requirements haven't been met

Withdrawal of winnings

Before the withdrawal is processed and paid to player’s payment method of choice, the amount of all non-cashable bonuses that contributed to the winnings will be removed from player’s balance. If player does not leave that amount on balance, it will be deducted from the requested withdrawal amount. Winnings made on games that do not contribute to bonus specific play-through requirements will also be deducted from withdrawal amount.

Minimum withdrawal amount is 20 € or equivalent in another currency, unless explicitly stated otherwise in Terms & Conditions of the specific promotion. If withdrawal is limited (for example if you win with a Free Signup Bonus), any balance over the maximum allowed amount will be removed from the player’s account after the withdrawal is paid out.

Receiving the winnings

Note: CasinoTV reserves the right to refuse or withhold any bonus amounts or winnings if the player’s deposited funds were cancelled or denied by the payment service. Successful withdrawals will be paid back to the player’s original method of deposit. If the deposit method account does not support a refund, or if the refund is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be paid to the player via any payment method used by a player to deposit in CasinoTV in the past.

In special cases, usually to prevent money laundering, the cashier will reserve the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. In this case all processing fees are player’s responsibility.

Due to restrictions of the payment processor the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is 500 €/$/£. For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is 100€/$/£.

Maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 5.000 €/$/£ per week.

CasinoTV finance department may take up to two (2) business days in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed.

If player accidentally makes a deposit and would like to “undo” it, this is possible only upon player’s explicit request and under the condition that there was absolutely no gaming activity on the player’s account after the deposit was made. Additionally, if player is requesting refunding of a deposit to a credit card, payment processor requires this to be done within 12 (twelve) hours after the first deposit was made.

Shall winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days, from the first withdrawal request, they will be voided.

In the event that the CAsinoTV deems in its sole discretion that you have been taking unfair advantage of any bonuses or have executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a bonus promotion offered on the site or by support operators, CasinoTV shall have the right to block or terminate your account and in such circumstances, CasinoTV shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your account.

Players who deposited with all available payment methods other than credit cards not enrolled in 3D secure program (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code) are not required to verify their accounts with documents until their total withdrawal sum reaches 2300€.

Note: The deposit amount needs to be wagered one time on any of our products before it can be withdrawn.

Restricted player groups

Players from the following countries are not allowed to open a player account and/or place any real money bets in the casino:

Account verification

CasinoTV reserves the right to at any time request from player’s copies of personal documents. These are needed for age verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.

Player inactivity

If an account is left inactive for 30 days, a 5 €/$/£ per month inactivity fee will be charged to the account for administration purposes. If due to this fee the player’s real money balance is reduced to zero, the account will be closed, but the player can still claim back his or her balance for full 6 (six) months after the account closure. After 6 months the account is closed permanently.

Account Limits

All requested deposit limits will be monitored by support and handled manually. Once the player reaches the desired limit, further depositing will be blocked. Support cannot prevent the player from making a single deposit that exceeds the desired deposit limit.

CasinoTV reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Terms & conditions are in effect as soon as they are published on this page, but will never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it is the player’s responsibility to check the terms & conditions regularly and prior to claiming any bonuses and making any bets in CasinoTV.

CasinoTV reserves the right to cancel or alter any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice. CasinoTV reserves the right to bar a player from receiving the promotions at any time.

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on the CasinoTV’s Promotions page under each promotion’s descriptive text. In case of any dispute, the decision taken byCasinoTV’s management is final. Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments/updates. In case of any differences in the terms and conditions between the English and the other languages displayed on the CasinoTV website, the English language version will always prevail.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

Only one bonus offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. CasinoTV.com reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.

When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount + bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”.

Players have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In the case of automatically credited bonuses, players need to contact customer support after completing their deposit to have their bonus removed. For both automatic and manual bonuses, players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering commenced.

Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 10€ or equivalent in another currency.

Unless otherwise stated, all deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty five times (x35) the bonus amount before the funds can be withdrawn.

If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited

When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.

If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.

Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance.

The players can request a withdrawal of his own deposited amount prior to fulfilling the wagering requirements however the bonus and any potential winnings will be forfeited.

With regards to reload bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending/withdrawal.

Players are only allowed to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a deposit/reload bonus. Any additional winning credits will then be forfeited.

Bonuses offered by CasinoTV.com are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, CasinoTV reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. CasinoTV can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating inCasinoTV’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by CasinoTV’s management

Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfilment. For example if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet 10€, 10€ will contribute towards wagering fulfilment.

Below are the eligible games for bonus wagering contribution and their relative % contribution:

Slot games: 100%

Simple games: 100%

All other games: 0%

Slot games Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Bloodsuckers and Dead or Alive are excluded from all bonus promotions. If a player plays these games whilst wagering a bonus, the bets placed on these slot games will be deducted from the player’s real money balance (if available) and they will not contribute towards wagering fulfilment of the pending bonus

Welcome Bonus

Wagering for the 100% match bonus is 35 times the bonus amount. For example if a player deposits 10€, he will receive 10€ as bonus and in order to fulfil wagering, he will have to reach a balance of 350€ (10€ x 35 = 350€). Should a player attempt to withdraw before wagering has been completed, the bonus and any potential winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

The free spins credited as part of the welcome offer will be credited manually the day after the deposit has been made before 12:00 CET. Players are requested to contact customer support in order to receive the free spins. Free spins have additional terms and conditions which are explained further on in this document.

Should a player choose to forfeit the 100% bonus, he will not be eligible to receive the free spins.

Free Spin Bonuses

Free Spin bonuses have no wagering requirements. That means that any winnings derived from a free spins bonus do not need to be wagered before becoming real cash.

There are no wagering requirements for free spins bonuses.

For players who have never made a deposit at CasinoTV.com, the maximum cash out on free spins winnings is €100 or equivalent in another currency.

Only players from the following countries are eligible to receive no deposit free spins bonuses: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

If a player attempts a withdrawal while still wagering his first deposit bonus will also have the free spins earned and any winnings derived from the free spins forfeited.

No deposit / Free money bonuses

By default and unless otherwise specified, all no deposit / free money bonuses have a wagering requirement of 50 (fifty) times the bonus amount.

In case of winnings derived from no deposit/free money bonuses, the maximum allowed withdrawal is of 50€ or equivalent in other currency. The initial no deposit/free money bonus amount is not withdrawable with possible exception of higher bonus amounts, higher VIP level or in case a minimum of 20€ have been placed.

Only players from the following countries are eligible to receive no deposit free spins bonuses: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

The player must undergo full KYC procedure which also includes a minimal deposit of 20€ or equivalent in other currency before winnings derived from a no deposit/free money bonus is attempted. The deposit amount is then entirely reimbursed to the player in addition to the winnings.

A no deposit/free money bonus cannot be issued to players whose balance is greater than 1€

Cashback Bonus

A Cashback bonus is a bonus which is not triggered or linked to a specific deposit and is given manually by a member of CasinoTV’s team.

A cashback bonus is mostly given as a percentage of losses incurred, back into the player’s account.

Cashback bonus credited bonus amounts can be credited as a good will gesture or regularly/occasionally to selected players for loyalty compensation and/or as part of the CasinoTV’s VIP program which is purely by invitation and amounts are decided on a case by case basis according to the player activity frequency and amount of losses incurred.

Non credited Cashback has to be claimed within the current month (deposit made the last day of the month cashback can be claimed the following day)

Unless otherwise stated, cashback bonuses have a wagering requirement of 1x and the eligible games are video slots and simple/arcade games.

In order for a player to be eligible to receive cashback bonuses, his account balance must be under 1€ or equivalent in other currency.

CasinoTV’ management reserves the right to change or cancel its cashback program at any given time, for any reason deemed necessary by the management and without pre-advice.

Comp Points

Comps or Comp Points (abbreviation of complimentary points) are a type of real money reward that CasinoTV players receive against any bet placed on the different available casino games.

Our casino games generate points at different rates. The rate is expressed as a percentage, which equals to the fraction of 1 casino point earned with every 1€ (or other currency equivalent) bet placed. Any bet, regardless of size count towards earning comp points.
